Our Tea Party
Policies
Each
party requires a minimum of 8 guests. Our options include
delivery, set up, full catering, formal tea service at your
table, use of our china and linens. Fresh floral centerpieces
are available for an extra charge. We request that you have an
adequate number of tables and chairs to accommodate your
guests. Gratuity added for parties of 15 or more.
We will need approximately one hour to set up before your party
begins. At the end of your allotted party time, we will begin
to clean up. We will be discreet during this time should your
party continue past the allotted time.
Financial Policy
A
$75 deposit with your party contract is required to secure your
reservation. The remaining balance is due on the date of your
party. At this time we accept cash and check. A $25 fee will
be charged for all returned checks.
We will contact you three days prior to your party for a final
count. The number you give us is what you will be charged even
if you have guests that do not attend the party.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require five days
notice and will gladly issue you a refund at the time of your
cancellation. If we are not notified of your cancellation five
days before your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
Delivery
Policy
Delivery and set up are free within a 25-mile radius of the
South Buncombe area. An additional .50 per mile from our office
will be charged to your party location outside this radius.
